For the uninitiated, an ASBO (Anti - Social Behaviour Order) is a form of court order in the UK banning you from doing certain things you do that others may find "anti - social". Not like picking your nose or fart lighting in the supermarket, but usually stuff like playing your music too loud or spraying graffiti, things like that. Or ... not. They're now handed out willy - nilly to all and sundry, from pensioners to young children, and some of them can criminalise you for the slightest thing. My dissertation next year is probably going to be about community punishment and sentencing, so I present to you a selection of Britain's weirdest ASBOs, all true stories ganked from various news/government websites:

Apparently in our play, Oberon, Titania, Puck et al aren't going to be fairies, they're vampires. Aside from the ridiculous image of cockney gangsters being stalked by a bunch of vampires, at least it means I can revert to type and do Titus Andronicus at the audition.
